Food is our necessary things. It is a part of our life. Without food we can not live. It helps to provide energy power and it makes our body strong and strong mind make up. When we eat food then we can do any work. There are different types of food which we use daily in our life. Different types of food group make us be healthy,strong and active. From food we can do everything in our activities. So it is known as source of energy.
